Inside the Book - Argue Back

Prayer and Confession: I am alive because I have awakened from sleep, that dark place and Christ has given me light and life. I am alive because I am the light of the world. I am alive because I am a city set on a hill, and I cannot be hid. I am alive and I will not miss my purpose concentrating on things of this world and questioning God’s decision to breathe his life-giving breath into my body. I am alive and I will be grateful for the chance to walk in my purpose every day I open my eyes. I am alive and I will continue to look for and go after the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. I am alive and I will ask the Lord to quicken my spirit one more time to overcome the things of the past and press towards my future. I am alive because my life matters. I am alive because the world needs my voice, it needs my story. I am alive because I bring honor to God. I am alive because I give Him glory. I am alive because my family needs me. I am alive and I deserve to be alive. And I will stay alive in Christ. I Make Psalm 118:17 (NKJV) my affirmation… “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.” In Jesus Name. Amen
