Meet the Author

I am THE WOMAN LEFT, a passionate believer dedicated to creating empowering content that heals, redirects and reclaims a voice. Let's embark on this exciting literary adventure together.

Nikito Lovingood was raised in a small town in West Virginia and has called North Carolina home for the past 21 years. A devoted wife, mother of four, and a loyal employee at the same company for two decades, Nikito is a woman of deep faith, resilience, and purpose. Nikito is a survivor, a warrior, and a living testimony of God’s healing power. Having walked through the darkness of abuse, trauma, and self-hate, she found redemption in Christ and now dedicates her life to helping others break free from the chains that once held her captive.
Though she doesn’t hold formal qualifications in theology or counseling, Nikito brings something just as powerful to the table: real-life experience. Through raw storytelling, biblical truth, and deep self-reflection, Nikito empowers others to recognize their worth, embrace healing, and step into the freedom God has for them. She is passionate about guiding others through their own journeys of deliverance, offering encouragement, wisdom, and practical steps toward lasting change.
Nikito is the voice behind “The Woman Left,” a personal brand and growing online community where she shares spiritual encouragement, life lessons, and raw, honest reflections.
When she’s not writing, speaking, or ministering to others, Nikito enjoys family time with her kids, her two Aussie doodles, reading, drawing with charcoal, hiking, and trying new eateries with her husband. She is an awkward introvert that may respond "You too" to "How are you?"  But she promises to continue to share her testimony, reminding others that no matter how broken their past may seem, God’s love is always greater.
